Please inquire as to the extent of the tax-deductible donation for each Sponsor level.
Payment in excess of fair value qualifies as a tax-deductible donation. Fair values for 2024 are as follows:
- Registration — $550
- Single Exhibit Space — $3,000
- Additional Exhibit Space — $1,500
- Private Meeting Room — $1,000 F&B minimum or higher based on room size
- Canyon Suite — $799 per night
- Presidential Suite — $1,090 per night
